Michael T. Roche Mike serves as trial counsel in banking, commercial mortgage foreclosure, intellectual property, securities, unfair competition, mechanics lien and contract litigation in state and federal courts and also in arbitrations. He is a member of the Illinois Bar and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois in 2002. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, Mike was designated by Law and Politics Magazine as an Illinois Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state. He is also an active auxiliary board member of the Center for Independent Futures based in Evanston, an organization devoted to assisting individuals with mental and physical disabilities.
