    • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of an international shipping company in a wrongful death action.
    • Recovered nearly $700,000 in attorneys' fees for an intermodal carrier under a contractual indemnification provision.

    • Successfully defended an automobile leasing company at both the trial and appellate court levels in a putative class action involving Truth in Leasing Act claims.
    • Obtained dismissal of all claims brought by a disgruntled beneficiary of a trust against an attorney for allegedly failing to properly implement the terms of the trust.
    • Obtained a complete six-figure recovery for a client in a commercial arbitration matter.
    • Successfully resolved numerous nursing malpractice claims through mediation so as to achieve a cost-effective resolution for the clients.
