    • John Hancock Building litigation: Jeff was the lead counsel representing design professionals in a matter involving a swing stage that fell from the 34th floor, resulting in injuries and several deaths. The litigation lasted over four years, including 18 plaintiffs filing lawsuits against 20 different defendants and involved well in excess of 60 fact and expert depositions. Jeff and his team achieved a favorable settlement on behalf of their clients - totaling less than 5% of the $90 million received by all plaintiffs.
