SRC Attorneys Give Presentation to CBA on Recruiting in The Financial Services Industry

Jim Komie and Mike Lee of Schuyler Roche & Crisham, PC gave a presentation at the October meeting of the Chicago Bar Association's Financial and Investment Services Committee. Their topic was "Recruiting in the Financial Services Industry - Legal Perspectives from Opposite Sides of Counsel's Table." They discussed the legal issues that arise when financial services professionals move between firms and the differing roles of counsel advising the hiring firm versus counsel representing the firm that has lost the employee. Their presentation was scheduled for 12:15 p.m. on October 12 at the Chicago Bar Association Building, located at 321 S. Plymouth Court.
