Eight SRC Attorneys Honored in 2009 Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers
CHICAGO, IL — September 2009 — Schuyler, Roche & Crisham, P.C. is proud to congratulate eight firm attorneys and shareholders who have been designated as Super Lawyers in the 2009 Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers magazine. They include: Michael B. Roche — Securities Litigation (January 2009 issue); Jeffrey T. Kubes — Construction Litigation (May 2009); Charles H. Cole — Personal Injury Defense (September 2009); Thomas M. Crisham — Personal Injury Defense (September 2009); Michael F. Braun — Employment & Labor (November 2009); Thomas G. Draths — Employment & Labor (November 2009); and Daniel V. Kinsella — Employment & Labor (November 2009).
Launched in 2008, the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers magazine features Super Lawyer designees in business-related practice areas. The edition is distributed to more than 20,000 Corporate Counsel and 5,000 CEOs of the top private and publicly held companies in the country.
Super Lawyer selection, highly regarded throughout the industry for its rigorous multi-tiered process, combines peer nominations and extensive peer review with third party research conducted by Law & Politics magazine. A maximum of five percent of the total lawyers in each state are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.
In addition to the eight attorneys named above who also were designated as Illinois Super Lawyers in 2009, Schuyler, Roche & Crisham congratulates its four Rising Star selectees for 2009: Thomas W. Mulcahy — Civil Litigation Defense; Clare J. Quish — Civil Litigation Defense; Michael T. Roche — Business Litigation; and David J. Sullivan — Professional Liability Defense. Rising Stars' candidates must be either 40 years of age or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
