Schuyler Roche, P.C. Welcomes New Attorneys

As the firm's newest shareholder, Eric C. Marshall brings to Schuyler Roche's Business Enterprise practice group over 23 years of experience in a wide range of corporate law matters. Eric's practice focuses on non-public M&A transactions, outsourcing and commercial contracting for manufacturing and distribution businesses. He draws on his prior experience as in-house corporate and commercial counsel at BP Amoco, a multinational oil and chemicals company. With his knowledge and breadth of experience, Eric will be a tremendous addition to the Schuyler Roche team.

We also welcome James J. McNamara to Schuyler Roche. A 2005 graduate of the Seton Hall School of Law, Jim joins us from a small firm where he was in court almost daily. Jim thus brings to Schuyler Roche considerable hands-on experience for a young lawyer. As an associate at Schuyler Roche, Jim has now turned his attention to securities arbitration and commercial litigation. We look forward to Jim's growth and contributions to Schuyler Roche's litigation practice.

We also proudly announce Randall R. Schwartz II has joined Schuyler Roche as an associate. A 2007 graduate of the Creighton Unversity School of Law, Randy worked at Schuyler Roche as a law clerk and summer associate prior to his recent admission to the Illinois State Bar. Randy concentrates his practice in closely held businesses, international business transactions, and domestic commercial matters, including drafting contracts and forming new business entities. We are confident that Randy will be a valuable asset to Schuyler Roche and look forward to his continued success at our firm.

Schuyler Roche is pleased to announce that Edward C. Nowak has joined the firm as an associate specializing in transactional and regulatory work relating to commodities futures and securities. Prior to attending law school, Ed worked for 12 years in the commodity futures industry in a variety of capacities, including as a broker, risk manager and compliance officer. Most recently, Ed worked as an investigator for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. With his breadth of hands-on experience, Ed's expertise will be a tremendous addition to the Schuyler Roche team.
