SRC Attorneys Author Amicus Curiae Brief in Landmark Case Affecting Construction Industry
Jeffrey Kubes and Michael Faley authored, on behalf of the Illinois Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association of Licensed Architects, an amicus curiae ("friend of the court") brief in connection with the newly released Illinois Supreme Court opinion in Thompson v.
